Michael J. Cohen, M.B.A.
Principal
Michael brings more than 15 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, management consulting, and independent corporate advisory.
He has worked with business owners, investors, and executive teams on acquisitions, financings, performance improvement, finance transformation, and growth strategy. His perspective combines transaction discipline with a practical understanding of how decisions get implemented inside an operating business.
Michael’s experience spans software and technology, industrial and agricultural businesses, energy, consumer and services companies, and mission-driven organizations. Engagements are structured to complement the client’s existing team and focus senior attention where it creates the most value.
